Our intent was to trade in and buy a Murano. We were greeted outside by Nick. He was low key and very helpful in identifying our needs and providing options. He allowed thorough test drives (Iowa... OK, not). He , the sales manager, and Mr. Hawkinson were very upfront with the pricing, discounts and rebates. The trade-in value was very generous. VERY good pricing and very satisfied with the whole experience. These are down to earth and honest people.
