I purchased my first car from Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall almost 7 years ago.  My husband and recently purchased our second car there last weekend.  We have shopped arpound and we were well educated on the car we were looking for.  Ben Hawkinson could not have been nicer and he certainly was the reason we visited Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson.  We were predetermined to buy a white car, but we bought a gray one instead.  The service mattered more to us than the colr.  Terrell Ingram was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable on the car.  We both thought that he was personable and trustworthy.  The finance manager got us a great rate.  We were very pleased with all the service.  Jim Hawkinson personally introduced himself to us which I thought was admirable.  I felt like Hawkinson Nissan kept their word and went far beyond to accommodate our demands.  I will go back once this car is paid off to buy another one.  I would recommend Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall to anyone who wants a reliable car and outstanding customer service.
